數周前，在靜心時，幾次深呼吸後，偶然機緣、不求自得地觀到我自己在宇宙中爬著梯子....
我發現，其他人也在爬著自己的梯子，
與此同時，所有梯子旁都有一個隱形的框框。
我認知到，我自己在創造著我自己的宇宙(或稱平行宇宙)，大家也都在如此做著，卻不自知。
在我的宇宙、我的世界中，我自己創造吸引了我自己的一切戲碼，包括前來配合演出的人事物。
從宇宙本源、靈魂觀點，我深深感恩這些前來配合者，
為的是成就我自己，讓我這次能過關，不再重演累世的同一齣戲碼，望能藉此徹底脫離這齣戲。
我在他們身上，看到了我自己，我曾有的思惟、說法與做法。
雖然我希望一切到此為止，不過由於因果法則、牛頓第三運動定律:作用力反作用力法則，後續仍在發酵著....
我現在唯一能做的，就是不再要求或評判他人或外在，
面對一切的發生，接受來到眼前的一切人事物，
就要求我自己做到一切到此為止，然後繼續反觀自照、自我反省、我的自以為是，我的高估自己，我的自作自受.....
不再外求，一切內求，就不迷，而太陽...也就從烏雲背後出來了.....
感恩一切，感恩愛~

Everyone is creating their own parallel universe, parallel world.
A few weeks ago, when I was in meditation, after a few deep breaths, accidentally, a not seeking vision into me,seeing myself is in the universe climbing a ladder ....
I found that other people are also crawling their own ladders,
At the same time, there is an invisible frame next to each ladder .
I acknowledge that I am in the creation of my own universe (or called parallel universe), everyone is doing so without knowing this truth.
In my universe, my world, I created everything attracted drama on my own .
From the view of the origin of the universe, the soul , I am deeply grateful to those performers came to my drama.
All is to accomplish myself, so I can pass the exam this time, won't repeat the same drama , I hope to take this chance and completely out of the play.
On them I see myself, all I have done with my body, voice, and mind.
The only thing I can do is no more asking or judging others or myself,
Face what happened, accept the things that came to me,
Just Ask myself to make it , and then continue on the path of looking within/self-reflection,including my presumptuous and opinionated, full of myself,overestimate myself ,suffer from my own actions .....
No more seeking from outside, instead seeking within. No more fanatical, the clouds dispeling and see the sun .....
